01 — Meet Your Realtor

Truly - the best first step! I am happy to sit down and chat with your about your home’s market value ANYTIME. Whether you have definitive plans to sell your house or not, I’m here to keep you informed. Let’s meet at your home, walk through it together, and then chat about your plans and the market activity taking place around you so you can make the best decision for you. This is a great time for us to discuss any repairs or improvements you’ve been thinking of doing. We’ll discuss if it will bring value to your house and I can share my list of exceptional go-to contractors to assist you along the way.

02 — Make Your House Shine

In all reality, this step isn’t all on you. I’m your partner! While you’re packing away unused items or personal effects in your house, I’m coming in with light staging decor to help your house shine, organizing and coordinating professional photography, virtual tours, drone videography/photography, and so much more. My role is to get your house seen by the largest number of QUALIFIED buyers as possible. Bonus - My husband is a full-time real estate photographer and FAA certified drone pilot. I have the best of the best at my disposal when it comes to your home’s online presence. After all, buyers start their search online, so this type of professional service is essential.

03 — Review Offer Terms

I will present to you any and all offers that are made on your house and we will discuss them in detail. It’s not just about price. Yes, we will absolutely ensure you walk away with the highest price possible. However, I will ensure you understand a dozen other very critical terms of the offers that can be easily overlooked without an experienced real estate professional representing you. These terms include: closing date and terms, pre and/or post-closing occupancy, inspections (whole home, HVAC, termites, etc.), land surveys, appraisals, financing contingencies, home sale contingencies, radon tests, home warranties, and more.

04 — Successful Closing

You’ll be hearing from me frequently, all the way through closing. I am here for you the entire way. We will work through each phase of the sale and I will always ensure you know exactly what to expect next. Communication is key. Take a look at some of my past Client Testimonials.
