Buying a home in today's world.

RULES OF HAPPY HOUSE HUNTING :)

When in doubt, ask me anytime!

  1. Working with a local loan officer can provide easy communication and a smooth process.

  2. Don’t call the agent listed on a sign; always call YOUR trusted agent (aka me, I hope!) for all showings and questions (this even includes FSBO homes.)

  3. Don’t apply for or open up any new credit cards, store cards, or lines of credit and don't make any major purchases (e.g. new car or lots of furniture.)

  4. Don’t  move around large amounts of money or withdraw large amounts of cash.

  5. Don’t miss a bill payment or existing mortgage payment.

  6. Don’t change jobs, and especially do not change career fields, without discussing with your lender ahead of time.
