  • Absolutely! I am able to get you into ANY house in the area listed by ANY real estate company, and even for sale by owner homes! With For Sale By Owner, we will aim to keep the transaction just as smooth as it would be if each side of the sale had a real estate agent. There could be some nuances which we’ll discuss in detail if the time comes!

If you see "contract pending" in a description, this means that the home is Under Contract. Both parties (the buyer and the seller) have accepted final terms but they simply have not yet "Closed" on the property. There are likely some contingencies that need to be removed prior to closing. Can we schedule a showing? Not usually. Can the deal fall through? Yes, this is possible, so let's keep an eye on it.
