Let’s talk the term market analysis. When you are wanting to sell your house and we are talking price, what we are going over is not going to be my opinion of what your house is worth. Instead, it is going to be what the market data is saying and I’m here to interpret it for you.

Keep in mind that a market analysis is a moment in time. What the market dictates as an appropriate price for your house today might be different 6 months from now. I want to push and get you the highest price as possible while also still holding ourselves accountable to the market.

My clients and I are almost always on the same page and in agreement once we review the market data in detail together, but if we ever weren’t, one thing about me is I am not going to just tell someone just what they want to hear JUST so I can put my sign in their yard knowing the market won’t support that decision and a successful outcome likely wouldn’t happen.
