  • As a real estate investor, I have personally purchased 18 houses in the Omaha-metro. I have also personally gone through the home-building process. My personal experiences go hand-in-hand with my professional experience and track record of success.

  • Working with me is not like working with a "traditional Realtor." With a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, I am skilled in the most critical forms of real estate marketing. I am a forward-thinker and love to embrace paper-less solutions and creative techniques that provide my clients a more efficient and enjoyable experience.

  • Buying and selling a home is not like it was 10 years ago… or even 3 years ago! I coach my clients on approaching the selling and buying processes systematically, efficiently, and masterfully. I’ll create checklists for you, always communicate thoroughly, and update you on next steps. My goal is for this to be the best real estate experience you’ve ever had.

I love playing a role in setting new standards in the real estate industry. The market is fast-paced and constantly evolving. New techniques are constantly needed. I think ahead and utilize new, creative strategies in writing offers, marketing homes, and providing success to my clients.

My real estate career began with a long-standing real estate brokerage, NP Dodge. During my first couple years, I achieved the firm's #1 rank in Sarpy County (2016), rising the following two years to the #1 ranking throughout the entire firm, all counties (2017 & 2018.) In 2019, I moved my business to a new, brokerage, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | The Good Life Group where this innovative brand has helped to offer new solutions to my clients not seen anywhere else. In most recent years, I have repeatedly been awarded Better Homes and Garden's Real Estate nationwide PLATINUM and top tier EMERALD awards.

I have helped 515+ families buy and sell homes, with around 220 of them being military families. ​I grew up in a military family and understand the process and intimidation of relocating to a new area. My father is retired Navy and my father-in-law is retired Army. Prior to real estate, I worked for 6 years as a DoD Civilian alongside service members. Be careful with rebate programs offered by your financial institution... did you know they'll assign you an agent that you do not have a chance to interview and pick for yourself? Daily dose of wiener dog. Did you know… I donate 50 lbs of dog and cat food to a local animal rescue after every house I sell. Over the last several years, my husband, Matt @aspectsandanglesphotography, and I have rescued 2 cats and 6 dogs (mostly seniors.) Today, we share our home with our 14-year old miniature dachshund named Fritz. Donating 50 lbs of dog and cat food on behalf of every house is just a little something I can do to help give back and fill up some bellies!
