RULES OF HAPPY HOUSE HUNTING :)
When in doubt, ask me anytime!
- Working with a local loan officer can provide easy communication and a smooth process.
- Don’t call the agent listed on a sign; always call YOUR trusted agent (aka me, I hope!) for all showings and questions (this even includes FSBO homes.)
- Don’t apply for or open up any new credit cards, store cards, or lines of credit and don't make any major purchases (e.g. new car or lots of furniture.)
- Don’t move around large amounts of money or withdraw large amounts of cash.
- Don’t miss a bill payment or existing mortgage payment.
- Don’t change jobs, and especially do not change career fields, without discussing with your lender ahead of time.

Absolutely! I am able to get you into ANY house in the area listed by ANY real estate company, and even for sale by owner homes! With For Sale By Owner, we will aim to keep the transaction just as smooth as it would be if each side of the sale had a real estate agent. There could be some nuances, but we'll cross those bridges together if the time comes!

If you see "contract pending" in a house description online, this means that the home is Under Contract. Both parties (the buyer and the seller) have accepted final terms but they have not yet "Closed" on the property. There are likely some contingencies that need to be removed prior to closing. Can we schedule a showing? Not usually. Can the deal fall through? Yes, this is possible, so let's keep an eye on it.
