Today we can all congratulate this happy military couple on the purchase of their new home in Bellevue, just a mile or so outside of Offutt AFB! This day did not come a moment too soon if you ask them. Before we met each other, they had worked with two real estate agents and tried to write offers on two other houses, but a roller coaster of events made that not happen and their experience was very poor. They came across my name on Facebook and contacted me for a fresh start, and I'm so glad they did! Did you know about this condo complex in Bellevue called Silverthorne Condos? They are 2 bedroom condos and most of them are totally remodeled, and they sell for UNDER $100,000! It gives me great pleasure to congratulate my clients today on the purchase of unit #2. Never yet lived in after being remodeled! I love that the original exposed brick wall is still there and is a wonderful feature in the new design!
